- Transcripts

To request a transcript, mail or fax a letter with your signature containing the following information: full name, dates attended/graduated, degree program, complete address to which transcript should be sent. Please include your current address and phone number. You may fax your request to: 616-392-8889 along with a credit card number, expiration date, and CV# from the back of the card. Mailed requests must include payment and be mailed to: Registrar, Western Theological Seminary, 101 E. 13th Street, Holland, MI 49423. All requests must include payment ($5 each; $15 for rush orders). Transcripts are normally mailed within 3 days of receiving the request.

You may register for classes online through the Student Portal or by emailing the Registrar with your class preference. If emailing class preference, your spot is not reserved until confirmed by the Registrar.

- What does the Office of Academic Affairs do?

The Dean and her team encourage and oversee the degree programs, the courses, the faculty, and the students at Western Seminary.
- What information from the Registrar is available on the WTS ANGEL site?

Drop/add forms and withdrawal forms are on Angel. Current students go to http://learn.westernsem.edu. Type in your user name and password to log in.
- How do I drop or add a course?

You may drop or add courses before the second week of an academic semester and the tuition will be refunded. Complete a drop/add form (on ANGEL), get the professor's signature, and return it to the Registrar.
- How do I withdraw from a course after the drop deadline?

You use the same drop/add form found on ANGEL. You must have signatures from both the professor and the dean. You will be responsible for a pro-rated amount of the tuition for a class if you withdraw after the drop/add deadline.
- Where do I find my grades?

Grades are accessed through the student portal.

- How do I withdraw from the seminary?

You must complete a withdrawal form (located on Angel). It must be signed by the VP of finance and the director of the library and then subjitted to the academic dean.
