We study the Bible--its languages, history, themes, and interpretations. We study the history and traditions of the church in theology and in the foundations and practice of ministry--ethics, pastoral care and counseling, preaching, and more.
Western also provides tools to understand the faith and wisdom of the past and to seek out new understandings that the world--and the church--need today.
