CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund is available up to 10 days prior to the event.

A cancellation fee is applied if you cancel after 10 days prior to an event. The cancellation fees are:

  • $20 for events $75 or less
  • $40 for events $150 or less

If  Journey cancels an event, a full refund will be given.
