Journey's Cancellation Policy
A full refund is available up to 10 days prior to the event.
A cancellation fee is applied if you cancel after 10 days prior to an event. The cancellation fees are as follows:
- $25 for events $75 or less
- $45 for events $150 or less
- $65 for events over $150
If Journey needs to cancel an event, a full registration will be given.
