How to create the Western Theological Seminary standard signature in Gmail

  1. Print these instructions if you need to.
  2. Type your contact information into the form below.
  3. Highlight the signature listed below the form and copy it (Ctrl + C)
  4. Go to your Western Theological Seminary Gmail account
  5. Click the gear icon in the upper right, then select Settings.
  6. In the window that appears, scroll down until you see a section labeled Signature
  7. Paste the copied signature into the box under the Signature option.
  8. A message may appear saying “Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?” If you see this message, click “No”
  9. If you’re using Internet Explorer, use the mouse to highlight the signature, click the font size icon, and select “Normal.” You do not have to do this if you’re using Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.
  10. Click Save Changes.

Please begin highlighting at the beginning of your name, and make sure your highlight includes the Western logo. Do not include the horizontal lines in your highlight.
