While some students from West Michigan might own their own home or be able to remain in their present apartment, many WTS students need to find housing in Holland.

That is why we are happy to offer what we call the "Red Bricks." The Red Bricks are beautiful townhouses located on the block directly south of the seminary. Whether you are single or married, have children or do not have children, we know you will not have a problem calling the Red Bricks home. Enjoy the beautiful brick exterior and the spacious new interior - we'll even throw in a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer to make your campus house a home!

We are also proud to announce a new housing project that was completed in August 2007. Located across from the Red Bricks, Friendship House provides an exciting housing option for singles training for ministry, giving them the opportunity to live in community with high functioning, cognitively-impaired adults.

If you would like to search for alternative housing, many other rental units are available in the Holland area.
