Graduate Certificate in Restorative Justice
This Certificate Program includes taking integrated “inside-out” classes at the Muskegon Correctional Facility, where students will learn in a classroom integrated with both “inside” students (incarcerated students in the Hope-Western Prison Education Program) and “outside” students (WTS students).
Learning about restorative justice and its practices in an integrated classroom in a prison where many intersecting justice issues are present is a rare and formative opportunity.

The M.Div., D.Min., M.A. and Th.M. degrees are approved by the ATS. WTS is approved for a Comprehensive Distance Education Program. WTS Accreditation Visit:
Western Theological Seminary is hosting a comprehensive evaluation visit for reaffirmation of accreditation by the Association of Theological Schools Commission on Accrediting on November 6-9, 2023.
The purpose of this visit is to verify that the school meets all applicable Commission Standards of Accreditation.
Comments regarding how well the school meets those standards and/or generally demonstrates educational quality may be sent to accrediting@ats.edu at least two weeks before the visit.
