As we Cultivate Our Call, we are investing in three main branches, each meant to meet a specific need in the church.

Branch 1: Mental Health Counseling

In Fall 2024 WTS launched the MA in Clinical Mental health counseling program to meet the growing needs for mental health support within the church.

Branch 2: Scholarships

At WTS we are committed to keeping the cost of quality theological education affordable. To do this we offer scholorships to offset the costs of education. To grow the number of students we serve, we need to grow the scholarships available.

Branch 3: Initiatives and Centers

Pastors need support in all contexts. WTS are meeting specific unique needs within the Hispanic Church, for those with disabilities, pastors experiencing burnout and churches around the world through various initiatives and centers.

The Eugene Peterson Center for Christian Imagination

The Peterson Center promotes continuting educaiton and renewal to prevent pastoral burnout.

Increasing Intercultural Capacity and International Engagement

WTS seeks to support the changing demographics of the global church by engaging in intercultural competence training, developing a visiting scholar program and partner with like minded organizations around the globe.

The Hispanic Ministry Program

The Hispanic Ministry Program offers Spanish language degree programs. Through this campaign, we want to be able to grow the program to support over 60 MA students and 100 Graduate certificate students by 2026. This isn’t possible without support from donors.

Center for Disability and Ministry

The Center for Disability and Ministry supports ministry leaders of all abilities in nurturing and receiving the gifts and contributions of persons with disabilities.
